How do I Order?

Once you have found the weight loss product or products that you are looking for, please select the item(s) and click the ‘Buy Now‘.

Our online ordering system is easy, secure and 100% confidential. however if you are not sure about how to order online, feel free to contact us,

We try to dispatch the same day we receive your order, however depending on the time we may have to dispatch it the following morning. This is because we keep normal office hours. 9 – 5 pm, Mon – Fri. Our pharmacy is closed on weekends, so if you order on a Saturday or Sunday it will be dispatched first thing Monday morning.

You will automatically receive an email confirmation or your dispatch. We will notify you immediately if there is a problem with your order.

Please ensure you provide the correct information during the ordering process, including the shipping address, as we cannot replace products that are incorrect, or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information during the ordering process.

However, if the fault is ours, perhaps we have shipped the wrong product, or your products have arrived in an unsatisfactory condition due to poor packaging, we will be happy to replace or refund the items. Please note however, that the package and products must be returned to www.fatpillsonline.com for inspection. Please contact us first at info@fatpillsonline.com first and we will advise you on the course of action.

Please Note: that we do have a maximum order quantity of 30 pills as there are limits as to the amount that can be shipped to you, according to the law. We follow the legal requirements by offering batches of 1 months supply (30 tablets), however we do offer discounts for repeat orders.

Yes, Fat Pills Online does not release or disclose any personal or credit information to any third party of any kind whatsoever. Your medical details and purchase records are strictly confidential.

Shipping

We deliver worldwide, using airmail. Our registered, express post is free of charge, and contains a tracking system that allows us to track your shipment right to your door. This provides us with a safe and secure method of shipping.

We endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible by using a safe, secure postal system, however, once it leaves us it is out of our hands. We therefore ask you to be patient. Most orders are received within a week, however, some locations take longer and may take up to 14 days. We wish we could get your products to you sooner, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this.

If at any time you think that your order is taking longer than it should, please contact us and we will take a closer look at the tracking system to see where it is. As each order has a tracking number we will be able to pinpoint exactly where your order has been delayed.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to most countries including: the US and the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa.

Unfortunately we are unable to post to some countries due to legal or shipping reasons. We will advise you before payment and shipment, if  we are unable to post to your country.

How will I know when my product(s) have been shipped?

A confirmation email will be sent to your email address on shipment

Medical Information

We will provide a prescription with every order supplied by our licensed medical practitioner based on the information with which you provide us. A copy of your prescription will be included with your purchase free of charge. Your order will then be filled by our highly qualified pharmacy staff and sent to you by registered airmail.

Please note legally we can only supply a maximum of 3 months prescription at any one time.

All information you give us is, of course, 100% confidential and is kept on our secure database for future order reference. None of the information we hold is passed on to any third parties.

Our pharmacists and physicians are licensed, and our pharmacy only dispenses FDA-approved prescription medications.

We also offer free medical consultations and include full instructions on usage, dosage and safety precautions on all medications.

Is it legal to order prescription pharmaceuticals over the Internet?

Yes, it is perfectly legal, when it’s for personal use only.

In the US, the FDA has given guidelines for the personal importation of pharmaceutical products, on a doctor’s prescription being for personal use only and no more than a 3 months supply. Therefore Fat Pills Online always provides a copy of the prescription.

Do I have to take my medicines exactly when suggested?

The timing given is a general guide. However a few medicines need to be taken strictly according to the directions. If they are taken at a particular time they will either work better or give fewer side effects. Ask your Pharmacist for specific advice.

Can I take more than one tablet at the same time?

We do not recommend it, unless they are very low dose pills. It is advisable to check this with your pharmacist or doctor, or alternatively, if you are one of our customers you can contact us for advice regarding dosage.

What do I do if I forget to take one of my tablets?

Don’t panic. If you are directed to take several doses in a day just take the next planned dose. If it is a once daily medicine seek further advice, but don’t take a double dose.
